STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Under the guidance of the NSCA, ACSM, and NASM standards, your exercise regimen will build upon a comprehensive evaluation of age, weight, cardiovascular fitness, joint function and exercise history. Based on your personal profile, a tailored program of resistance training, aerobic conditioning, balance and agility/flexibility-based techniques is strategically integrated and may integrate stability balls, medicine balls, free weights, jump ropes, kettlebells, tubing and even your own body’s resistance. This ensures a compelling, progressively challenging experience for men and women of all ages. We even offer in-home personal training for those who prefer to exercise in their own home.

NUTRITIONAL COACHING

At Evolution Fitness, we understand that proper nutrition is the scientific backbone of your strength, conditioning, and ultimate success. That’s why we are proud to have a Registered Dietician Nutritionist on our team. Our diet plans help to ensure that you feel great and loose weight in a healthy way. The goal: to shed pounds and inches, and improve your mood and your life! We begin with an assessment of your current nutrition component to determine what’s holding you back. YOUTH FITNESS TRAINING

MASSAGE

Our massage therapists transport massage tables to your home so no in-home equipment is necessary. Our rate is $85 for an hour-long massage. Our massage therapists are available 7 days a week for appointments. Yes, even on weekends.

HOLISTIC LIFE COACHING

Describing a process as “holistic” means that the process is related to or concerned with whole or complete systems, as opposed to an analysis or treatment specific to one part of the whole.

Our Holistic Life Coaching Model focuses on creating a balance of the mind, the body and the spirit. The goal being to help clients discover who they are, identify and clarify inner goals, create an awareness of thoughts, feelings, and actions and align them with those goals, and work with clients to create better environments that ultimately lend themselves to reaching those goals.

For the body, the journey begins with physical assessments and a discussion of body perception and goals. Our team drafts an exercise program, with levels of progression, to help you ease into a healthier lifestyle. Exercise programs will include weight-bearing exercises, and may also include yoga to improve flexibility and balance.

For the mind, the work seeks to reveal underlying and limiting beliefs – the cause that is creating the physical manifestation or limiting effects in your life. We then coach our clients to move beyond these limiting beliefs and create and incorporate new thoughts and beliefs that align with healthier goals and desires.

 

For the spirit, we seek to achieve a peaceful mind and heart by examining the physical, emotional and environmental components that block our ability to give to ourselves the necessary time and attention to reflect. Without reflection, we blindly go through day-to-day life feeling perhaps overwhelmed, overexerted, resentful, sad or lost. We coach our clients and sample various ways to instill healthy habits that cultivate a peaceful and joyous mind and heart.
